Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are available for each of our product and service types. Please read the relevant section for your purchase carefully.
To request a refund or cancellation, email support@launchkbeauty.com with your order number or booking reference and a brief description of your request.

1. Digital Products (PDF Guides via Paddle)
1.1 Standard Policy
Digital products are delivered electronically and are accessible immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not issue refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
We will issue a full refund if you request one within 7 days of purchase AND the guide has not been downloaded or accessed. To verify this, we check Paddle’s delivery logs.
1.2 EU Consumer Withdrawal Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days of the transaction date under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
Important: Under EU law, you lose the right of withdrawal once you have started downloading or streaming the digital content, if you have explicitly consented to the performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. Our purchase flow obtains this consent before granting access.
If you have not yet accessed the content, you may exercise your withdrawal right by contacting us at support@launchkbeauty.com within 14 days of purchase. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.
1.3 Defective or Misdescribed Products
If the digital product is defective, corrupted, or materially different from its description, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of whether the content was downloaded. Contact us within 30 days of purchase with a description of the issue.
1.4 How Refunds Are Processed
Digital product refunds are processed through Paddle. Paddle is the merchant of record for these transactions and handles VAT accordingly. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
2. Consulting Services (Invoiced Separately — Not via Paddle)
2.1 Discovery Session ($497)
- Cancellation 48+ hours before scheduled time: Full refund to original payment method
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before scheduled time: No refund, but you may reschedule once at no additional charge within 30 days
- No-show: No refund and the session fee is forfeited
- Cancellation by us: Full refund or rescheduling at your preference
2.2 Matching Package ($2,500)
- Before work begins: Full refund if cancelled within 7 days of payment and no research or outreach has been initiated
- After work has started: Pro-rata refund based on the proportion of agreed deliverables not yet completed, as reasonably determined by us
- After all deliverables are provided: No refund
2.3 Launch Support Package ($7,500)
This is an ongoing engagement with milestone-based deliverables.
- Within 14 days of payment, before milestone 1 is delivered: Full refund minus any reasonable out-of-pocket expenses already incurred (e.g., travel for factory visits, if applicable)
- After milestone 1 is delivered: Refund of the pro-rata portion of the package fee attributable to milestones not yet delivered
- After all milestones are delivered: No refund
Milestone definitions are confirmed in writing at the start of each engagement.
2.4 Results Are Not Guaranteed
We do not offer refunds on the basis that consulting advice did not produce a specific business outcome. Our consulting services provide guidance, research, and connections — business results depend on many factors outside our control including your execution, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.
3. Directory Listings (Premium Subscriptions via Paddle)
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Premium directory listing subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support@launchkbeauty.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a current billing period
- Your listing will remain active until the end of the paid period
3.2 Technical Failures
If a technical issue prevents your listing from appearing on the Site for more than 3 consecutive days during a paid period, you may request a pro-rata credit for the affected days. Report downtime issues to support@launchkbeauty.com within 14 days of the incident.
3.3 EU Consumer Rights for Subscriptions
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from subscription contracts. If you have not yet benefited from any premium listing features, you may withdraw within 14 days of subscription activation for a full refund. Once premium features have been provided (e.g., your listing has been featured in the directory), the right of withdrawal is consumed.
4. How to Request a Refund

Subject line: “Refund Request — [Order Number or Booking Reference]”
Include: your full name, email address used for purchase, order number or booking reference, product or service purchased, date of purchase, and reason for your refund request.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Paddle, and typically take 5–10 additional business days to appear in your account.
5. Chargebacks
We take chargeback disputes seriously and will respond with documentation of service delivery. If you have an issue with a charge, we encourage you to contact us at support@launchkbeauty.com before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved faster through direct communication.
